The 4th Annual Frequent Traveler Awards ceremony will take place on September 19th, 2019 at the The May Fair Hotel, London at 6:00 PM. A very limited number of paid tickets is available to industry representatives and members of the general public. Scroll down for the schedule, menu, and directions.
Cost: $199/person. Note that Loyalty Summit attendees receive a complimentary invitation.

Schedule
5:30 PM – Registration opens. If you are attending the Loyalty Summit, there is no need to register as you’ll receive your Frequent Traveler Awards VIP badge when you check in for the conference.
6:00 PM – Welcome reception. Enjoy canapes and drinks. Mingle with your industry peers and friends.
7:00 PM – Dinner is served.
7:45 PM – The Award Ceremony begins.
9:00 PM – The event concludes.

We have secured a handful of King Superior Bedrooms at The May Fair for 9/18 and 9/19 at the special rate of £309 per night, including VAT & breakfast.

The nearest underground station is Green Park on the Piccadilly, Victoria and Jubilee lines. The Piccadilly line provides a direct link to Heathrow Airport.
